General Information
a) Each member school can send up to One participant per category for the Zonal Rounds
b) Reporting and Registration Time: 09:00 am.
c) Registration Fee: 300/- per student (to be paid on spot in cash)
d) Ivory paper shall be provided by the Host School (as per the specifications given by the association) to
all participants.
e) Participants will be given 3 hours for all categories to complete their painting.
f) Topic will be provided by the Association on the day of the event.
g) Participants should carry their own acrylic or poster colours, tools & other accessories required
for their composition.
h) Only the top 3 participants in each category will qualify for the Regional Rounds.
i) The top 3 qualifiers will automatically advance to the Regional Finals.
j) All participants will receive certificates for their participation.
k) The top 3 qualifiers will be awarded Merit Certificates and Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals.
l) Please note that no trophies will be awarded for the Zonal Rounds.
m) Participants must come in formal attire and not in school uniform.
n) Participants should not have any visible identification mark of their school.
o) Marks will be awarded for composition, creativity, colour scheme and interpretation of the
theme.
p) Only 1 Escort Teacher per team from each school is allowed, and there are no registration charges for
them. The host school is kindly requested to sponsor breakfast and lunch for the escort teachers.
q) All teams must be accompanied by one teacher of the school (preferably be an Art teacher).
r) The decision of the Judge/s will be final and acceptable to all.
s) No entry shall be accepted after April 12 ,2024, 4:00 PM, and no requests on the same shall be
entertained.
