2024 OhioNet Member Library Product Contract Discounts

It's time to update you on our contracts with Alibris for Libraries, Brodart, Demco, Gaylord Archival, Janway, Kapco, Staples and

The Library Store.

This year’s contract discounts reflect changes for Kapco only. They’ve increased the minimum order amount from

$50.00 to $100.00. Please see the changes listed in the Kapco section of this announcement.

Please note any exclusions that each vendor has listed where discounts may not apply.

Brodart Discount to OhioNet Members

Member Discount:

 25% Discount on Consumable Supplies

Exclusions:

Contact Brodart for a full exclusion list. General exclusions are: security systems & accessories line, software, flat panel

mounts, consumer electronics, books & library services, etc.

This discount applies only to product, not to shipping charges, and may not be combine with any other preferred pricing. Not

applicable to closed orders and orders already in process.

Shipping charges apply to all orders and are shipped via best means (USPS, UPS Ground, or common carrier). Consumable

orders under $100 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $10.95. Orders over $100 will be charged exact shipping and prepaid

at the time of check out and will also be added to your final invoice. In-stock items ordered by 2pm EST ship same day. Freight

charges for durable/furniture/drop ship products will be added to your final invoice.

Payment Terms:

Net 30 days from date of invoice.

Demco is pleased to offer OhioNet members the following contract discount program for 2023! Your applicable discounts are

based on prices listed on our website at demco.com and will remain the same throughout the terms of this agreement.

*For large quantity orders, or purchases over $2,000, please contact the Demco Inside sales Team toll free 800.462.8709 or

email quote@demco.com. You may be eligible for special bid pricing. Discounts under this agreement cannot be used with

bids, sale catalogs or other promotions. In the event a sale price is lower than your discounted price, you will be given

one flat rate of $10.95 Shipping & Processing. U-Pay all drop ship fees.

CTL003 Demco Contract level 3

 $75 minimum order (after discount) required for contract terms to apply

 16% on library, office, and technology supplies

 6% on learning materials, furniture, and equipment

 Standard Shipping & Processing fees apply to stock orders under $75. Stock orders over $75 (after discount) qualify for

 Standard Shipping & Processing fees apply to stock orders under $50. Demco will pay regular FedEx Ground Service

shipping costs on all stock orders over $50 (after discount). U-Pay all drop ship fees.
