AIA Vitality members can enjoy up to 50% discount* off Emirates flights with the first booking discount^ per membership year
and enjoy up to 10% discount^ anytime based on their AIA Vitality Status. Moreover, AIA Vitality members can also book for up
to 8 accompanying passengers for each travel event at up to 10% discount based on their AIA Vitality Status.

How Do I Get Started?
Step 1: Log in to AIA Connect Mobile App or Website
To book an Emirates flight, log in to AIA Connect app or website and click on “AIA Vitality” tag and select “Partner Benefits”, then
click on “Emirates”.
On the Emirates page, under the “Booking History” section, you will see the availability of your first booking discount. To continue
with the booking, scroll to “Start Booking” and click “Book Now”.
Step 2: To redeem your AIA Vitality discount
Your discount based on your AIA Vitality status will automatically be applied when you book your travel through the AIA Vitality
& Bees Travel co-branded website directed via AIA Connect. Confirmation of your booking will automatically be displayed under
“Booking History”. Bees Travel will send you a confirmation email containing your itinerary and booking information.
You do not need to be an Emirates or Bees Travel member to make travel booking. AIA Vitality membership will not
automatically give you any Emirates or Bees Travel membership. You must adhere to the rules described within this benefit
guide to receive your AIA Vitality discount.
Earning AIA Vitality Points
You cannot earn AIA Vitality Points for using this benefit.
Important Points to Remember
• You may book up to 1 Emirates travel event per membership year with the first booking discount and enjoy up to 10% discount
anytime based on your AIA Vitality Status.
• The first booking discount for AIA Vitality members applies only to Flex and Flex Plus fares of Economy class (Booking class:
K/U/B/M/W/R/E/Y) flight booking for One-way or Return tickets.
• You can book for up to 8 companion passengers with up to 10% discount anytime based on your AIA Vitality Status. The
discount does not apply to infant tickets (Note: accompanying passenger cannot be an infant under 2 years old at the time of
travel).
• You must be an AIA Vitality member at the time of booking to qualify for this benefit. Your discount percentage is based on
your AIA Vitality Status at the time of booking, not at the time of travel. Any confirmed booking(s) made during an AIA Vitality
membership will remain effective despite a subsequent membership cancellation.
• Discount applicable to Emirates flight booking made by any AIA Vitality member under the benefit at the AIA Vitality & Bees
Travel co-branded website directed via AIA Connect (any booking made directly through Emirates website and call centre is
not eligible for the discount).
• Discount applies to flights departing from Hong Kong to EK online network, Emirates & flydubai codeshare destinations, except
Jeddah and Medinah, for One-way or Return tickets.
• The discount applies to the base fare only (excludes airport tax and fuel surcharge – i.e. no additional discount besides base
fare). Bees Travel will charge a service fee of 1.5% of the total transaction cost. You may refer to AIA Connect mobile app or
website for the available discount. The discount does not apply to the fees and extra costs incurred when you make changes to
your booking.
• Bookings are non-transferable, i.e. you are not allowed to transfer the discounted booking to another passenger.
• You will be offered the best available fares at the time of booking. Ticket fares and availability may vary between different flight
booking websites or platforms.
• Emirates may change flight rates without notice. AIA Vitality, Emirates and Bees Travel are not responsible for any losses that
may be experienced because of these changes.
• All Emirates terms and conditions apply (including but not limited to minor booking policies, cancellation and modification
booking rules).
• The discount cannot be combined with any Emirates offer or gift cards or Bees Travel discount offer.
• Once air ticket(s) is/are issued, all modifications (including change of travel date) can only be made through Bees Travel and
are subject to standard Bees Travel terms and conditions.
• Purchase returns and refunds follow Bees Travel Terms and Conditions.
