MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
All memberships require a paid initiation/seasonal fee along with a completed and signed membership agreement prior to
activation.
MEMBERSHIP PROCESSING
Up to (5) business days for all new memberships, upgrades or downgrades as well as all Presidential Golf online membership
renewals.
FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS
Consists of member (head of household), spouse and all IRS dependent children through their 25th birthday. Individual
memberships are for (1) person only.
MEMBERSHIP RESIGNATIONS
A 30-day written resignation request is required for all resignations. Resignations will require discounts extended for season
pass purchases to be reversed.
MEMBERSHIP UPGRADES
Requires the difference between the previously paid initiation fee and the current initiation fee of the desired level to be paid at
time of upgrade. Higher monthly dues will also apply as well as a one year commitment.
MEMBERSHIP DOWNGRADES
A membership can be downgraded at any time after a one year commitment prior to the 1st of any given month with no fees
involved other than the difference in dues. You will be required to stay in the new level of membership for one full year.
OFFERING OF MEMBERSHIPS
The number of memberships in each category is governed by the resort , if a membership is not available, you will be placed on a
wait list for the desired level of membership. Previous Presidential Golf memberships MUST be renewed by May 31 each year to
be guaranteed otherwise you will be placed on a wait list.
DISCOUNTS & PRIVILEDGES
Membership cards MUST be shown at all points of sale to receive your member discounts. Member rates and discounts do not
apply when members/guests participate in a group outing.
MEMBERSHIP CARDS
Will be issued to all eligible members once payment has been received for the applicable initiation/seasonal fees. Membership
cards are non-transferable and are not to be used by any person other than the person to whom it was issued.
• 20% discount on all food and beverage purchases from resort-owned facilities is available to all levels of membership.
(Presidential Golf level of membership receives the discount only in the months that the memberships are valid.)
• Discounts are only valid on published menu pricing (not valid on banquets, special events, in-home catering and Marketplace).
• The member must be with the guests to receive and sign for the discount. If a member has several guests with different tee
times and would like to apply a discount to them all, it must be pre-arranged and charged to a master account.
• Discounts will only be applied to the member’s bill. Cannot be applied to non-member guest checks unless it is charged to
the member’s account or member’s guest check to produce only one (1) method of payment.
FOOD & BEVERAGE DETAILS
Mountain Creek
• Snowsports benets apply only to individuals who meet the required membership age, family requirements, and are listed on
the current membership list.
• To obtain discounts for guests, one of the following procedures must be used:
o A guest, unaccompanied by the member, needs to present a discount rental and/or ticket voucher that was obtained
from the member. These can be picked up at the Season Pass counter by the member.
o The member or guest can go to the Shanty Creek webstore using the Promo Code associated with their level of
membership to pre-purchase discounted lift tickets, rentals or tubing. All online purchases will be veried for eligibility
against current member lists. Any fraudulent purchases will be canceled and refunded.
• Equipment to be waxed:
o Must be dropped off to Dead On Tuning located in The Day Lodge at Schuss.
o May need to be left for up to 48 hours depending on business levels.
o Will be waxed on our machine waxer with universal wax.
o May not be able to be accepted during the Holiday week/weekends.
• 50% off season pass discount is only available on the Nordic Season Pass OR Alpine Season Pass, including 8 & under, 70 &
over, College and Military passes. This discount does not apply to Midweek or other discounted passes.
• For season pass age categories please use your age as of January 1 of the season the pass is valid for
(Ex. January 1, 2024 for the 23/24 season).
RESERVATIONS DETAILS
SNOWSPORTS DETAILS
• Reservation requests for both the member and their guests must be submitted via email to [email protected].
• Guest reservation email requests need to include the guest’s name, address, phone number and email address.
• Reservations will be guaranteed to the member’s account and guests will pay at check in/out.
• Cancellation is ve days prior to arrival. Guest reservations that are not cancelled prior to arrival will result in the member’s
account being charged for the rst night’s lodging.
• Pre-season tee time reservations for Imperial & Ambassador members should be made via email request beginning February 1.
• Presidential Golf members can begin reserving tee times in March after their seasonal membership dues have been paid.
• Tee time reservations must be cancelled 48 hours in advance. If a member or a member’s guest “no shows” for a pre-booked
tee time, the member’s account will be charged for the tee time.
• Members must make tee times for their guests and may not share their login information with someone else to make tee time
reservations through an online reservation portal.
• Members must check-in at the Pro Shop for their tee time reservation to verify type of payment and number of players.
• Vouchers for the complimentary rounds of golf for your guests are to be picked up from the Legend/Summit pro shop once
they are open for the golf season. Complimentary golf vouchers are per membership not per member.
