Continuing the V-Strom family tradition of being a fun and logical
motorcycle to buy and ride, the 2025 V-Strom 650XT Adventure
rides upon tubeless spoke-style gold anodized wheels ready for
exploration on any road. The XT Adventure is ready for travel with
standard equipment 37L quick-release aluminum side cases,
a rugged accessory bar, a handlebar cross-brace, and mirror
extensions.
Each V-Strom has a natural riding position, a comfortable seat,
a lightweight and trim chassis, plus a exible, distinctive V-twin
engine character producing stress-free riding during daily use or
on a high-mile adventure. Like no other motorcycle in its class,

high-rpm power that benets any riding mission, The engine’s
90-degree crankshaft and ignition timing provide perfect primary
balance for superb traction at all speeds while delivering a pleasant,
rumbling exhaust note.
• The six-speed transmission suits sporty rides with tight rst through
fth gear ratios and a tall top gear (sixth gear) for enjoyable highway
cruising. The multi-plate clutch has precise push rod actuation of the
pressure plate for a light lever pull and consistent release point.
• Strong and lightweight aluminum twin-spar frame and sub-frame have
sturdy mount points for the standard quick-release 37L side cases that
are adventure-ready.
• Sporting the popular Glass Sparkle Black paint scheme, the V-Strom
650XT Adventure rolls on gold-anodized aluminum rims on tubeless,
spoke-style wheels along with standard aluminum side cases that are
quick and easy to mount or remove.

Dual Throttle Valve) on 39mm throttle bodies. The secondary throttle
valves are controlled by a servo motor for smooth power delivery.
• Ten-hole, long-nose-type fuel injectors on each throttle body
improve fuel atomization for better combustion eciency while
reducing fuel consumption.
• Suzuki’s patented Throttle-body Integrated Idle Speed Control (TI-ISC)
stabilizes the engine idle speed and helps lower emissions. The system
is compact and lightweight.
• The Engine Control Module (ECM) provides state-of-the-art engine
management and has enhanced settings to suit the updated intake
and exhaust systems, resulting in better fuel economy and linear
throttle response.
• The engine has dual-spark technology cylinder heads with two
high-energy, slim electrode spark plugs per cylinder, aiding
combustion eciency and power production.
• The sleek 2-into-1 exhaust system routes below the chassis, reducing
weight, centralizing mass, and providing space for a narrow tail section
(and optional luggage).
• The exhaust system uses twin catalyzers and employs O2 feedback to
the EFI system to produce optimum combustion eciency and reduce
emissions to an incredibly low level.
• The compact radiator is anked by wind-directing plates that enhance
cooling eciency and direct heat out of the side vents away from the
rider’s legs.

• Spring preload-adjustable 43mm front forks and link-type rear
suspension are combined with a rebound damping adjustment
and an accessible, hand-operated spring preload adjuster.
• Spoke-style wheels, with gold-anodized aluminum rims laced with
stainless steel spokes, absorb shock from irregular road surfaces
well and accept tubeless tires.
• Adventure-spec Bridgestone® Battlax 19-inch front and 17-inch
rear tubeless radial tires are mounted to the spoke-style wheels
for all-around reliable performance.
• Dual front 310mm disc brakes and a rear 260mm disc brake with a
compact Anti-lock Brake System (ABS)** monitor wheel speed,
helping match braking to available traction.
• The V-Strom 650XT Adventure is ready to carry the gear you need as
it is equipped with Suzuki’s ADV-style, 37-liter aluminum side cases
that attach to powder-coated, stainless-steel carriers. Fashioned out
of 1.5mm thick aluminum plating with super-strong, no-pierce rivet
technology, these Suzuki side cases offer several features, including
hinged lids that stay in place when open, internal, and external tie-down
points, plus keyed stainless-steel latches, and quick-release hardware.
Built to be waterproof with rubber-sealing lids, these side cases have
powder-coated interiors that avoid aluminum stains on cargo.
• Other Adventure features include a handlebar cross-brace that is an
excellent foundation to mount accessories like a GPS, plus mirror
extensions so a rider sees less of themself, and more of what is behind
the motorcycle.
• The V-Strom 650XT Adventure also comes with a rugged accessory bar,
hand guards, and a protective lower engine cowl.
• The V-Strom 650XT Adventure is equipped with Suzuki’s Advanced
Traction Control System*, which lets the rider control the throttle
with more condence in various riding conditions. It continuously
monitors front and rear wheel speeds, throttle opening, engine speed,
and the selected transmission gear to adjust engine output if wheel
spin is detected.
• There are three traction control modes (1, 2, and OFF), and the
difference between the modes is their sensitivity to road conditions.
Mode 1 is the lowest sensitivity level, most suitable for skilled riders
or in conditions with good road surface grip (riding on good, smooth
roads). Mode 2 is the highest sensitivity level, suitable for road condi-
tions where the grip may be limited (wet or cold surfaces).
OFF disengages all traction control features.
• Suzuki’s Low RPM Assist feature seamlessly adjusts engine speed
during takeoff and low-speed riding to smooth the power delivery. It
also helps reduce the possibility of the rider stalling the motorcycle.
• This V-Strom also features the Suzuki Easy Start System, which
lets the rider start the motorcycle with a momentary press of the
start button without pulling in the clutch lever when the
transmission is in neutral.
• The beak-style fairing, with vertically stacked headlights and a stronger
internal structure, helps the V-Strom 650XT Adventure cut through the
wind, protecting the rider in style.
• The three-way height-adjustable windscreen was wind tunnel-tested
to reduce wind sounds, buffeting, and rider fatigue.
• The spacious two-up seat combines smooth and slip-resistant surfaces,
plus an embossed V-Strom logo.
• The lightweight resin luggage rack incorporates easy-to-grasp grab
bars and aligns with the passenger section of the seat, offering a
larger surface for carrying cargo or luggage.
• The fuel tank has a generous 5.3-gallon capacity but is shaped to be
thin at the rear to ow into the slimmer seat, helping the rider’s feet
touch the ground at stops.
• The fuel tank’s internal construction and cap are both updated so
the gasoline capacity is the same for both the 49-state and
California versions.

• The V-Strom 650XT Adventure’s multifunction instrument panel
features brightness-adjustable LED backlighting for its large-diameter
analog tachometer, digital speedometer, and LCD data display.
• LCD readouts include an odometer, dual tripmeter, traction control
modes, gear position, coolant and ambient air temperature, fuel
consumption, fuel gauge, and a clock. Switching between readings
can be done with the left handlebar switch.
• LED indicators include an ABS alert and a freeze warning icon,
which together with the air temperature display warn of possible
icy road conditions.
• A strong three-phase charging system supplies the 10Ah
maintenance-free battery for easy starting and additional accessory
power. A dedicated accessory fuse is located under the seat.
• The stacked, 65/55-watt halogen headlamps illuminate the road when
a ride stretches into night.
• The LED tail and brake light are bright and vibration resistant. The turn
signals use bright amber incandescent bulbs with clear lenses.
• A handy 12-volt DC accessory outlet is mounted on the inner dash.

* The traction control system is not a substitute for the rider’s throttle
control. It cannot prevent loss of traction due to excessive speed when the
rider enters a turn and/or applies the brakes. Nor can it prevent the front
wheel from losing grip.
** Depending on road surface conditions, such as wet, loose, or uneven
roads, braking distance for an ABS-equipped vehicle may be longer than
for a vehicle not equipped with ABS. ABS cannot prevent wheel skidding
caused by braking while cornering. Please drive carefully and do not overly
