Rail Terminals
Norfolk Southern is modifying the Domestic Storage program to incorporate an additional level of escalation and account
for both Strong and Soft market conditions. The Strong/Soft Market designation will be based on the market
environment and capacity. Effective August 1, 2022, Norfolk Southern will enter a Soft market. Notification will be issued
prior to the storage program entering a Strong market designation.
