QUICK START GUIDE
Download the MLB Ballpark
App from the iPhone App Store
or the Google Play Store.
Open the app and create an
MLB.com account or log into a
current MLB.com account. For
ease of use, using the same
email address as your
Membership email address will
be best, but not necessary.
Make sure to select Atlanta
Braves as your favorite team!
DOWNLOAD & LOGIN
Next, you will need to link your
Braves account to the app.
On the home screen tap the
wallet icon in order to link your
ticket account.
LINK ACCOUNT
A verication email will be
sent to the email address you
indicated. Open your email
inbox and select “Yes, grant
access” and on the next page,
hit “Conrm”. Reopen the
Ballpark app and close the
ticket link page.

On the next screen tap “Link
Account” and select the “Atlanta
Braves” as your team. From there,
select “SunTrust Park” as the venue
and select “via email”. Enter the
email address associated with your
Braves ticket account. Next,
select “Verify”. A verication email
will be sent to your email to conrm.

CONFIRM ACCOUNT
Now that your ticket account is
linked, access your tickets and
parking by clicking on the Wallet
Tab. Tap on a game date to
manage your mobile tickets for
that specic game.
ACCESS TICKETS & PARKING
When you have a game date
pulled up, tap “view” to see
your actual ticket for that game.
You can also tap the “forward
tickets” icon to send tickets to
your clients, friends or family
via text message or email
address. This email or link will
prompt your recipient to accept
their ticket through the MLB
Ballpark app.
FORWARD TICKETS
Scan your game ticket’s QR
code at select concession
stands and merchandise stores
to receive your discount.
If you are an Member
with Added Value on every
ticket, this is also located on the
barcode of the ticket.
MERCHANDISE AND
CONCESSION DISCOUNTS
On the Braves homescreen you will nd other links
to gain more from your Member investment.
A-List Member ID Card: Access your ID card in
order to receive discounts at select stores in the
Battery as well as your account ID number and
service representative information.
Braves Memories: Use your Braves Memories
points to redeem for bobbleheads, autographed
memorabilia, batting practice passes, seat
upgrades, and other unique A-List member
experiences. New oerings will load into your
app 48 hours prior to every homestand.
Seat Upgrades: You receive a 20%
discount on all seat upgrades and items eligible
for sale in the Braves Memories and Seat
Upgrades programs.
